Hilary Barnett – With 15 year’s experience in HR and the training and development fields, Hilary works with individuals, teams and organisations to help them release their potential.  Qualified in a number of psychometric testing packages and neural linguistic programming, Hilary uses her skills with these diagnostic tools to identify the appropriate approach to team or individual problems,  helping to identify the changes necessary to achieve objectives.

René Carayol – A self-styled business guru, René focuses on business transformation, leadership and corporate strategy.  Using his own board-level experience, his messages are practical and effective, and he does not shy away from being upfront and confrontational in his approach to hot company issues.

Daniel Dresner – Having gained considerable business experience in the UK, USA and Japan,  Daniel embarked on an acting career, which has seen him participate in 100+ live and filmed productions.  Now, Daniel has combined his business and acting experience to offer a wide range of interactive corporate training courses including management skills, effective communications and diversity management.

Gena Dry – Among her many performance talents, Gena is a trained voice teacher and workshop leader.  Although she once believed that she ‘couldn’t sing to save her life’, Gena is a signed recording artist. Fifteen years ago, she decided to put her talents to good use and started teaching voice and singing on a one-to-one basis. This has developed into delivering training and motivation courses to the corporate market through her voice and singing workshops. 

Caroline Garton – Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified, Caroline has a deep and broad knowledge of employee development and performance management.  Skilled in numerous different performance assessment techniques, she now delivers training in a range of areas including teambuilding, time management, leadership and 'training the trainer'.

Mark Lindsay – Over the last 12 years, Mark has been working as a training consultant with a wide range of clients at senior corporate level – designing and delivering large-scale team building events and expedition leadership.  Prior to embarking on this career, Mark managed a busy and progressive outdoor adventure initiative with Birmingham Education Department, leading a team of specialist teachers and educational psychologists to deliver innovative educational projects across the West Midlands.  Mark has numerous outdoor qualifications.  He also was a member of the 1990 and 1991 Great Britain Bobsleigh Team.

Trevor Meadows - A professional sports and business coach, the founder of Meadows is an expert in workplace strategies and organisational development and brings a wealth of experience to his role. 

Following a successful early career in engineering, sales and recruitment, Trevor teamed up with like minded associates to launch a specialist people development consultancy.  His unique and instinctive approach to building successful teams has led him into a variety of industries.  His personal mantra is based on making work productive and fun.

Lesley Turner – With 10 years of training experience with a wide variety of clients, Lesley combines her great interest in the outdoors to offer team and personal development courses. Lesley is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Steve Wade – Steve is an experienced manager and facilitator of personal and professional development programmes to senior executive level.  His particular expertise lies in experiential learning and in the management of community involvement as a learning medium.  With numerous additional qualifications such as Master Practitioner of NLP, Steve’s working life has taken him to the USA, Asia, Africa as well as Europe and the UK.
